Are You Available 24x7?

Absolutely. We understand that not all businesses adhere to a 9-5 schedule. Therefore, all our support services are accessible around the clock. Since hackers don't take breaks, neither do we!

Can You Guarantee We Won't Get Hacked?

While we implement robust cybersecurity measures, it's impossible to guarantee complete immunity from hacking. However, our proactive approach and comprehensive security solutions significantly reduce the risk and enable us to address emerging threats promptly.

Will You Work With My Current MSP To Switch?

Absolutely. We prefer to establish direct communication with your current MSP as part of your onboarding process. Once introductions are made, we'll seamlessly take it from there.

Do You Outsource Any Of Your Employees?

No, we do not.  All employees are full-time direct employees of IntermixIT. 

Will There Be An Overlap Of Services?

Typically, yes. Many clients opt for an overlap of services lasting approximately one month to ensure a seamless transition.
